Terms of sale
Products. Photographic prints and posters, in A5, A4 and A3, on matte or gloss paper, framed or unframed. Posters are printed on standard quality paper. Colors may differ slightly from your screen.
Prices. Prices are in euros and shown before shipping. Shipping is added at checkout (Belgium, France and Italy). The seller is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and the prices shown are the prices you pay.
Payment. Payment is handled by Stripe (Bancontact, cards and other methods). We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds.
Production. Every item is printed to order. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for production, then delivery time depends on the carrier.
Withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Contact us by email, then send the item back in its original condition. Return shipping is at your cost. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back. Items that arrive damaged or defective are replaced or refunded at our cost: please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. The legal guarantee of conformity applies.
Privacy
What we keep. If you create an account: your email, name and an encrypted password. If you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and the content of the order. Payment data stays with Stripe.
Why. To prepare, ship and follow your order, to let you log in, and to meet our legal duties. We do not sell your data.
Visitor statistics. We count visits in an anonymous way to see which pages and photographs interest people: page, time spent, country, and a random session code that disappears when you close your tab. No advertising cookies, no IP address kept, and nothing that identifies you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not count you at all. The only cookie we use keeps you logged in.
Who sees it. Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and the carrier (delivery address). Data is kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.
Your rights. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by email. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
